Anthony Buswell is a Solicitor working in Bark&co’s civil team.

Anthony joined Bark&co in 2021 to work on an ongoing high-profile corporate insolvency claim, BHS Group Limited (in liquidation) & others v Dominic Chappell, Lennart Henningson, Dominic Chandler and Keith Smith. Anthony acts for one of the former directors of BHS defending claims in excess of £160m for misfeasance and wrongful trading brought by the liquidators.

Other notable cases include London Capital & Finance PLC (In administration) v Thomson & Others [2020] ChD where Anthony represented a defendant to a multi-million pound claim for breach of director’s duties and misrepresentation brought by liquidators, representing Swindon Town Football Club on various matters and acting for Core Participants on the Grenfell Tower Inquiry from 2018-2022.
